Yoga  Training Workshop 

Join our immersive 4-day online yoga workshop, featuring 90-minute sessions designed to build a strong and sustainable foundation for your personal practice. This structured program introduces the deeper meaning of yoga beyond physical movement, including an overview of the eight limbs as described in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. You will learn a clear, step-by-step breakdown of Sun Salutation and foundational asanas to develop strength, stability, flexibility, and body awareness. By the end, you will have practical tools for home practice and confidence to join group classes with ease.
